*cuddlepets* I'd say sorry, but we both know I'm really not. :P Cuz those are pretty much the things that I wanted this to portray. Because, yeah, he'd be totally lost without his other half, because that's very much what hide is to him. I can't see him ever taking his own life, out of a sense of duty and protecting Sumire, but I can very easily see him looking forward to his time was coming to an end, and accepting it gracefully, knowing that hide was waiting for him. And yes, exactly! That's exactly what I wanted to show in their relationship. He knows that she'll be sad, but he also knows that they've raised her to be a strong woman who can carry on no matter what life may throw at her.

I kinda like that part, too. I think Hyde's very much the sort to do things like that. I think he'd feel... almost numb to any physical pain in comparison to the pain of his loss and the knowledge that any pain now is leading up to be able to feel whole again. I'd imagine there are probably a number of letters of this sort from over the years, but I can totally see him leaving this particular one where he knew Sumire would find it, sort of his way of telling her not to be sad for him because he'd be where he belonged and happy. *nods*

*blush* Thank you. I'm glad you like it. The set just... ionno, it didn't feel COMPLETE. And now it does. (and okay, I'll admit, I actually rather like this one... but then, it kinda wrote itself, so maybe Hyde-muse took over and wrote it xP)
